Would one of the volunteers please check the date of birth for member 14634937? Shows invalid and therefore the relationship verification steps don’t work - at least I think that’s the reason I can’t connect parent to child.
Is that a call council problem? I asked our Troop parents to login and check for the relationship verification popup. If there are more date of birth problems this might be tedious. Thanks.
@BrianCarter2 the sweeping answer is only council can fix that - case by case SUAC MIGHT be able to - issue is if there is a DOB on an attached account how would we know it is correct.
Yes, the only way to get a valid DOB on MID 14634937 is by contacting your Council. You could also ask them to look up the adult’s children using Registrar Tools and add the connection on the Relationships tab. About 24 hours later the warning in SB+ will go away.
