Is it possible when registering as a multi-registered scout that my profile was made multiple times?

Hi, I am a nineteen year old registered in a crew and ship.

There is a warning on my dashboard that another used is using my email address, but does not say how to fix this.

In Crew 2020 I can see my advancement, yay.

In Ship 303 there are two Abigail L. profiles. My view of the unit looks more like an adult view and it says I am linked to neither Abigail and cannot view their profiles.

In Troop 167, there is a youth, Abigail L, waiting to be assigned a patrol. That profile showed up without an application being submitted to 167 as an adult leader. I am also not linked to this account, but it shows on my dashboard.

I’m not sure how I can gain access to this other profile or multiple connected to my email.

My BSA ID# is 136863791

Hi Abigail. Are you still active in both Seneca Waterways and Baden-Powell Councils? Unfortunately, the bsa assigns a new member number for each council you are registered in. There are steps we can take to mitigate that, but it depends on your plans going forward.

Right now, both of your member numbers are under your username with the Seneca Waterways one set to primary. The Primary member number controls which Scoutbook account you can log into. If you want to log into the other one, close Scoutbook (Plus), go to my.scouting.org > manage member ID and change which one is primary. If you aren’t involved in one or the other, you could set it and forget it or we could even merge the scoutbook accounts.

Hey there,
I do plan to stay active in both. Does changing which one is set to primary change how recharter is completed? Does the system recognize that I am one person and don’t need two sets of dues from National?
