Has the frequency of the roster syncing between the two systems still daily?
Have a new ASM whom is showing up in our training reports early this week but is still not on our Scoutbook roster as an Adult leader.
He has been showing up as connected to his youth ever since his youth was sync’d into our roster about a month ago. Do believe the adult is still has an active membership in the Pack from what I can see.
Is the roster sync is less frequent now or could this be a potential duplicate issue now?
