Hello,
I see that the Totin’ Chip award is now available in Scoutbook Plus. However, when I try to award it to my new scouts that earned it over summer camp, I’m getting the attached error. Somehow the system thinks it’s already been awarded, but it hasn’t. Any ideas?
There are known issues with awards. Totin Chip is not restricted so it can be purchased without an advancement report.
Watch Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of a fix. At that time you will be able to record the award.
