Scoutbook Plus - Unable to award Totin Chip

Hi,
I had reported this couple of times in discussion forum and it is a known issue and this is starting to impact some of the scouts who are ready to get to the eagle completion.

Their scoutbook for some reason is missing these awards and without that the eagle application will miss some of the details.

Could i get clarity on how this issue could be resolved where some of the scouts can be flagged as approved and awarded for Totin Chip

Error received is

“user award can not be created because userAward or userAwardRequirements already exist for the given userid, awardId - userId: 12318090 - awardId: 110”

Scouts impacted are

UserId: 12318090 –> Member id: 14077269

UserId: 14003058 –> Member id: 141274486

I tried again and i am able to make the changes for the UserId: 14003058 –> Member id: 141274486.
However i am not able to make changes for the User id: 12318090 –> Member id: 14077269 that this was already awarded/approved. Could you please help look into that.
