Issue with Parents linking their accounts to their scout

I have a scout and he’s registered and his parents have my.scouting accounts. We send them invites and it’s not letting them view their scout. When the open the my.scouting and sign in, it’s good. When they click the scoutbook plus app, it says they dont have permission because they are not a parent or key 3, etc.

Parent #1 never got an email to join scoutbook
Parent #2 got the email, but it’s not letting her select that she’s the Mother of the child. We tried picking guardian, denied.

We were going through weird rechartering shenanigans when the scout was added to the roster, I have a feeling something is broken about his account?

Scout ID: 107060495 @MatthewAffa is a wrong Member # - that is a DOB 1994.

Scout’s member ID number should be: 142028818

Oh I see. How can that get changed? Local Council?

@MatthewAffa That is the correct Member # Jennifer gave.
the Father DL is already in Relationship under that MID.
The Mothers account looks fine -

@MatthewAffa The dad does have a bunch of extra relationships that he doesn’t need. I would recommend asking the local council to remove them.
