Parent unable to login to Scoutbook Plus even with my.scouting.org account

I have a parent in our pack that is unable to login to scoutbook plus even though they have a my.scouting.org account. Here is a screenshot of what they get when they try. Member ID 142213541. We are trying to get them connected with their scout and when searching for them from the scout profile you can find them and send an invite to connect.

@NoahMarach - are you adding the relationship from advancements.scouting.org? It sounds like you are doing this in legacy scoutbook

I am adding them from advancements.scouting.org Here is what I see after I added the parent. It has been on initiated for a week or so.

Shouldn’t that say “142213541 is Parent of…”, not “…is Son of…”? It looks like the parent is listed as the child of their child somehow.

@NoahMarach the relationships seem fine - the user has not clicked on the email to accept the relationship - I think that is the first issue.

Nailed it. He did not check his spam like he said he did.
