Parent Connection Issue

I am CC and have a family that is not able to access scouts in Scoutbook Plus. This has been an issue for months and council registrar has been no help.

Parent #1 is able to login to SB, but does not see their scouts when logged in. I see them connected on my end.

Parent #2 is not able to login to SB at all. When I try to click on their profile I get a message “Your positions(s) and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action.”

@AmandaMcNicholas Parent #1 is setup fine - I would Watch them log in.
Parent #2 is set up for Scout #1 - but not Scout #2 - that relationship needs to be added by Unit, the other parent, or council

@AmandaMcNicholas Parent #2 has the parent relationship, but it’s under the wrong MID. He should be listed as parent under MID 14153528, and removed as parent under any other MIDs.
