I’m having a den leader access issue. I don’t have permissions to view some of my new scouts.
I’m one of the leaders of our Tiger Den (and was a Lion leader last year). We’ve had a lot of new scouts join this year. Most of them are showing up in Scoutbook, and I’ve been able to view their profiles and begin updating as usual.
However, while I can access all of the returning scouts and most of the new ones, I cannot access two of the new Tiger scouts. When I click on their names for their profiles, I get an error message that says, “Your position and related permission(s) do not allow you to perform this action,” and the page won’t fully load.
Normally when I see this kind of error, the page still loads and I’m able to update what I need, ignoring the error. But with these two scouts, the pages don’t load enough for me to access information or update.
Is there something that needs to be fixed on the back end, or is there a step I need to take as a den leader to be able to view these profiles? Any help would be appreciated.
Yes, my profile shows me as “den leader” and “current” and I can access and edit all of the other Tigers, new and old.
