Issues with scouting app

Hi

My son cannot log into the scouting app from either his phone or mine. We get a “Sorry we are unable to get your profile. Please try again” error. We can log in via the mysouting website with his account however. How do we get this resolved? I can log into the scouting app from my phone with my account but cannot w my sons account so the app works, just an issue with his account.

I would just use advancements.scouting.org - not the app - but I will take a look.

@NicoleOlthafer you made a log in to the wrong Member ID - that was for the old Cub registration - it should be fixed now.
