I have a parent who receives this message when he logs into Scoutbook Plus. “It looks like you don’t have the right Scouting role to access Scoutbook Plus. Only Youth, Parents, Key 3, Key 3 delegate & Unit Advancement Chair roles have permission to access Scoutbook Plus.” I am a Key 3. Is there a way I can fix this? He wants to be able to see his kids’ advancements.
@ConstancePenninger Please provide the parent’s member ID number (MID) and someone will take a look. If you don’t know it, then please provide the Scout’s MID.

@ConstancePenninger I think this is fixed. Please ask the parent to try logging in again. He might need to do a hard page reload in his browser or he could try incognito / private mode.
