Unable to Access Scoutbook Plus

For the past two weeks I have been unable to access Scoutbook Plus and have received a message stating “It looks like you don’t have the right Scouting role to access Scoutbook Plus. Only Youth, Parents, Key 3, Key 3 delegate & Unit Advancement Chair roles have access to Scoutbook Plus.”

Prior to this, I had no problem accessing the application, but now I am unable to mark off requirements for my den. Additionally, as a parent, I cannot even see my son’s information. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
