Parent error - no role assigned when logging into Scoutbook Plus

When logging into scoutbook, I get the error below. When navigating to legacy scoutbook, I am able to see my child and it indicates that I have full control of his profile.

NO Scoutbook Plus ACCESS
It looks like you don’t have the right Scouting role to access Scoutbook Plus.
Only Youth, Parents, Key 3, Key 3 delegate & Unit Advancement Chair roles have access to Scoutbook Plus.

Coordinate with your unit Key 3 (CM/SM/Advisor/Skipper, CC and COR) to establish your parent connection to your youth in SB+. SB+ relies on the connections in the Akela membership database, and only the council registrar, the unit Key 3 or an existing connected (in Akela/SB+) parent can make that connection.

@PhilipUrban so this is for BU? try going to advancements.scouting.org - but us an incognito or private window in your browser.

I’m assuming BU is the initials of my son, then yes.

I think your fix addressed my issue. I am now able to get into the advancements/scoutbookplus site. Thank you!
