I can get into Scoutbook, I can get into my.scouting.org, but the advancement site keeps throwing an error. It works on my phone and iPad. And then even on the iPad, when I post the Recharter, it is throwing an error. How do we get support to get the recharter completed?
We are getting the same error in the beginning right at log on and then the following one when I go to the recharter site: Error An error occurred while processing the request
These errors are new and were not happening a week ago when I accessed the site.
