We have a district professional still listed as district executive and district director in Roster but the Reports tab in Commissioner Tools no longer lists this individual as a Key 3 contact. No positions are 2021 positions according to the Roster, so this doesn’t seem like an issue related to the 120 day extension.
Pls send me details with screen shots via e-mail, including the roster showing the professional’s registered positions (and WHERE they are registered). There are some business rules about only DE’s can show as the professional member of the Key 3 for a district that BSA has previously not been willing to change.
