Law Merit Badge (v2013) requirements entered using Quick Entry. Different requirements were completed on different days and entered at different times. Despite all the requirements being completed (and marked as such in the Scouts’ individual records), SB only shows 67% complete. As such, it doesn’t show up as “Needs Approval.” I assume this is a bug. Is there any other way to approve them all without going through each Scout’s advancement record individually?

You can use Quick Entry → Merit Badges (as opposed to Merit Badge Req to mark overall MBs compete and approved.
