Leader dropped off Scoutbook

Hello, I had a leader drop off Scoutbook (BSA ID: 13176132) due to her YPT expiring. She has taken it (I have the pdf certificate) but her YPT is not showing up in IA and she has not re-appeared in Scoutbook. Can someone help her get re-added?

I have requested a position sync. Check back tomorrow. You will need to assign her to a den.

The position was ended because the den was unapproved by you on 8/22/23.
