Leader email in a no council scoutbook account

SB User Id Trying to match up with a leaders my scouting account cannot because it is out of my district but it is holding leaders email hostage

User id 2432658 should be in council 023

Ron,

This was a case of a duplicate SB ID. I merged it into SB User ID 11518160.

Still cannot see that Scoutbook account in VST. Says it belongs to another council.

BSA Member ID is 13632148.

The MID is assigned to council 023. There is nothing I can do with the SB account. The user will need to login with her my.scouting.org ID and set the council if it is not set properly.
