Council not set in SB

This seems to be my day for this. I have a youth who aged out and registed as an adult. No lapse in membership. Not showing up in units SB Roster when I search him in VST does not show a linked SB account when I search for SB accounts if Find 3448758 listed as no council

MID is 123026764
My scouting is 11467698

best guess is the hanging youth membership on charter

I have asked registrar to end date
