Hi. I have a parent who is in Scout book as lets say “J Smith”. His legal name is “J Michael Smith” and he states that when on the leader sign up page he gets an error message and can’t proceed to register. “Something went wrong - error code string “J” too short length 1 requires 2” Of course I asked him to go back and change it but it says the name field is locked. Should he just start over a create a new account?
