I am a pack admin and den leader. I am going through the new kids in the roster updating their prefered name. It takes me to the Internet Advancement side.
On most of these, it is fine. But I am getting an error that special characters are not allowed in a first name (scoutbook side has the correct name). It won’t save since it believes the name to be incorrect.

That is his correct name, but he is called “Jake”. Internet advancement side will not let me fix this.
