Leader showing as a parent

I have an adult leader from a different unit showing as a parent for a scout they are not a parent of.

The Scout is SB User 2633429 / BSA 135464847.

The Leader is BSA 126484031. I cannot see their SB user ID as they are not registered with our unit.

What is the best way to address this?

As both are in the same council @LaddKettren your council can clean it up using the VST
