Scoutbook bug related to an adult leader's prior registration in another state

Hi, I’m trying to add a parent as a den leader, and cannot find him via search or otherwise. He appears as the parent of a scout in our pack, but he does not appear in the search when i try to add him to the list of adult leaders in the pack. I think this may be due to a very old prior registration in another state. Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

@PaulSpraycar has the the Adult Registered with the Unit? Adults have to fill out the adult application and have a criminal background check to be a leader.

He has signed up his scout (and himself as a parent), both of which appear as part of our pack. Thanks Donovan.

Then he would not be searchable as a Leader - you have to be a registered leader to show up there

@PaulSpraycar What is the user’s BSA member ID number?

(No names, please)

member id is 141075297. thank you.

@PaulSpraycar This user does not appear to be registered as an adult leader.

Try checking the Application Manager at my.Scouting and see if you find an application for him there. You might need to use the filter (icon looks kind of like a funnel) and select “Closed” and “Completed”.
