Help please with a leader who shows as expired in Scoutbook+ and my.scouting but the expiration date is in the future. Leader is a Den Leader with the Pack and a Merit Badge Counselor with the Troop and has multiple kids of their own in scouts. They cannot see or link to their kids and cannot access their den to make updates or run reports. I am CC and cannot make any changes to this leader. We have had tickets open with National and they say it looks right on their end.

Is she still active in Transatlantic Council?
No, the user is waiting to drop off of the TAC and will only be active in Aloha. Membership in the TAC did not affect the access earlier in the year.
Is there a link for the change log? Iām not sure where to find it.
@AmeliaGoldan I was able to find the help ticket and work with your council. I think the issue is mostly fixed. However, the user will need to wait for the overnight sync to run.
