Hello, I am the Cubmaster for Pack 49 in Japan. I also am the Tiger and Bear Den Leader while new leaders are trained. I hold all three of these positions in Scoutbook. I am registered as the Cubmaster until 12.31.2024, but my previous den leader application expired on 07.31.2024 and keeps popping up to renew. When I go to my.scouting it does not exist to renew. In my two dens in Scoutbook plus, I cannot mark as leader approved/recorded for the final completion or individual task. I can only mark as completed. I have manually changed all the requirement version to 2024 (Current).
I get two errors, Future dates are not allowed. and ‘Leaderapproveddate’ cannot be a future date. This is despite the fact it is several days ago, not in the future. Help?
@BenjaminPhillips4 Your council was set to the wrong number in Scoutbook. I have fixed it.
Please log all the way out, then log back in again.
Also, please contact your current council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, they need to remove you as parent if you are listed under your secondary BSA member ID number(s). You should only be listed as parent under your primary BSA member ID number, the one ending in -917.
