I have a leader who says they completed training but it’s been showing incomplete in myScouting for awhile. She is a Committee Member with BSA# 14076564. Do I need to send an email to myscouting@scouting.org or is this something you can verify for me or tell me what the issue is? Thanks.
She has 2 BSA Member IDs.
I have updated her my.scouting.org account which is 1 to have the registered MID listed as primary. After about 24 hours you should see she is trained on both MID 14076564 and 12341400 which was where her training was recorded.
I should’ve figured there were two numbers. I’ll have to remember that next time there’s an issue like that. Thanks
