Leader with multiple accounts

I have a leader that has multiple scoutbook accounts and is unable to log in. His wife had the same issue a few months ago and you all were able to fix it! I am hoping you can fix his to!

@WendyDewberry they logged in a month ago - the user name ends in 4 NOT 1
