Hello,
Our Scoutmaster shows up on the roster in Scoutbook with an exclamation point next to his name and the hover says “Not on Official Unit Roster in my.scouting”

In his my.scouting.org profile under Registered Positions it says “No Positions”.

What was done incorrectly (or not done at all) and how can we correct it?
