After our recharter processed yesterday, one of our leaders still shows on the official my.scouting roster however he for some reason dropped off our Scoutbook roster. Can this be fixed?

@SaraLynn I have requested a position sync, and the adult leader should be back on the Scoutbook roster within 24 hours.
The issue is that this leader has 2 BSA member ID (MID) numbers, but his parent / child “Relationships” are under the secondary MID:
13757654 - primary
135313529 - secondary
Please contact the local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up his child (or children). In the Relationships" tab / section, his should be listed as parent only under the primary BSA MID. He should be removed if listed as parent under the secondary MID. Otherwise, his BSA MIDs will probably get switched around again at the next Recharter.

@SaraLynn BSA member ID numbers cannot be merged.
The local council can move the “Relationships” to the primary MID using the Registrar Tools.
