Leaders on Roster not showing on Scoutbook Plus Roster

I have leaders on my my.scouting Roster that are not showing in Scoutbook Plus. How do I fix this as they are registered leaders and are on my official roster.

No, one has been on my roster for a year now and the other is a transfer from another council, but it has been a couple weeks.

Did the transfer come from Pathway to Adventure Council? His MID in your Council is not on his my.scouting.org ID.

@AshleyBrandt your account was ended by you - I setup a 24hour sync for it - admin will need to give you position when you are back in SB Unit

That sounds familiar. I don’t remember which council it was, I’ve had a few transfers recently. He filled out a whole application with us. So is that something our Registar has to do again, or does he fix that?

Neither of these are my accounts and I still have access to everything? My account is on both of our Rosters.
