Leadership Position Not Showing Up in Report

I have been able to get a Leadership Report for our Troop setup that quickly lets the Scoutmaster know who is in what position following elections. However, there is one Scout that I can’t get to appear as an APL.

Scout #131467931 is the APL for his Patrol and that reflects accurately in his leadership but does not get picked up in the report that shows all the other positions. It just shows that he is in that patrol but not the APL.
