Legacy ScoutBook Advancement Comments Not Preserved in ScoutBook Plus

@JohnSitton as has been noted on the many other posts concerning the notes.. they are still in the database but are not being presented. Watch the change log for an update. Beyond this, why have the activity logs not been used for this?
