Link Parent Accounts to son

We are in need of some help. A parent used to be linked to her son but now, the son is not linked to either parent. Can you assist please?
AK - mother - 137528775 needs to be linked to MK - 134000404
Father NK - 13730005 should also be linked to MK
They also have a daughter NK - 137528774 who is also only linked to the mother.
Can you please assist. My guess is the parents have multiple BSA ID’s and possibly the son as well. Thank you

@WilliamKett where do they need to be linked? in my.scouting.org - or in Scoutbook?

To get started - for the mothers account, my.scouting.org for the son. The mother cannot see him when she logs in, only her daughter.

my.scouting.org parent relationships only Council can fix - contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number

Sadly I have been debating that over and over with our Scout Executive. He keeps pushing back on the units to use scoutbook to link them. Yet the parents have multiple BSA ID’s and are constantly having issues. Who is someone at National that I can route our Scout Executive to. We have one SE and only 2 DE. No support staff. Just one part time temp and then a ranger at our scout camp. I do not think they have had much training with the registrar tools. I have asked for access over and over so I can help do this. They gave me read only access to the registrar tools.

Scoutbook connections are easy - units or parents can make them - the my.scouting connections that control registrations and renewals only councils can control. Your SE would have contacts to affirm that.

ok I will tell our SE and it is his problem. I think it is time I just step back and put it all on him.

@WilliamKett Here is what I see:

Mom - 137528775 - Has the correct parent “relationships” to N. and M.
Dad - Registered under 13730005, but his parent “relationship” to M. is under a secondary BSA ID: 136718425
M. - 136718424 - Has “relationships” to Mom and Dad
N. - 137528774 - Has “relationships” to Mom only

So Mom should be able to renew herself and both children.
Dad’s parent “relationship” needs to be removed from his secondary BSA member ID number, then added to his primary BSA number.
