I was previously connected in myscouting to my own youth but I don’t see those connections now. I am wondering if that is why I am having trouble paying for my scouts renewal. I am scoutmaster to one but just a parent to another is a separate boy troop. Can you fix this?

How do I access these acounts in my.scouting?
Thanks, Casandra
@CasandraCartagena no - Councils can fix this - or Key3 of a unit can - in SB+ > go to Scout Profile > on left side there is a + in Relationships. NOTE: you cannot do it for yourself.

I see 2 my.scouting.org IDs for you, one using your name and one using Google Login.
I see 4 children attached to the ID that uses your name which is the 051 MID. Two of these children have the MIDs mentioned above.
Are you logging in to my.scouting.org with the correct ID?
I have two separate BSA numbers for two separate councils (NCAC and BAC). The Google login is for BAC and not for these NCAC troops. There are only 3 children. BSA makes this very complicated as my two girls also have two BSA numbers cross councils for sea scouts. I should be attached to the three NCAC BSA numbers (including two of the above) and the third is transferring to adult status with recharter so I’m not concerned with it. I’m probably also attached to the BAC BSA number (sea scouts) for the oldest before they made me get the second BAC BSA number.
Takehome, I just want to make sure my NCAC BSA number is correctly attached as a parent to the two younger scouts accounts in NCAC (with name login 051 MID).
Also, I’m trying to figure out how to pay for one of them in my.scouting. I used to be able to access them there but now I don’t see links for them on that platform. But maybe that’s a whole other story.
@CasandraCartagena If you aren’t able to see your children at my.Scouting, it might be because your parent / child “Relationships” are messed up in both councils. You appear to be “Mother of” and also “Daughter of” your children. The local councils can fix with their Registrar Tools.
thanks for letting me know. I’ll take this to them and see if they can fix it.
