After a scout has been registered and becomes active in Scoutbook Plus I add them to a den. How can I link the leader to this scout so they can have access to adding adventures? The leader is already linked to the Den in Scoutbook Plus.
@TaylorHacker as long as leader is Den Admin it should be automatic - easiest to see in Scoutbook Roster
That is what I was thinking.
Another leader said that the den leader was unable to see the scout in Scoutbook Plus. And that she had to go into Scoutbook to link scout and den leader. I assumed it automatically linked in Scoutbook Plus when you synced scout with den with applied Den Leader.
Would the den admin be the same as the “Adults in Den”
No I forgot there is a bug with Den Admins that is being investigated right now - so yes you have to either Update the Den Admin role or make the connection in Scoutbook
How do I update the Den Admin role?
Go the SB > Click Unit Roster > click person Name > Click Admin Role > Click Update - that will do it but you have to take that path for it to work
