I have a new Lion Den leader. He was added to the roster 26 days ago. MID 12233285.
When I goto his profile in Legacy Scoutbook, it says he is Lion Den leader, started Aug 13, 2025. However, he doesn’t show up as a leader in the Lion den. I assigned him as Lion Den leader in my.scouting when I accepted his application to the Pack in position manager.
When I try to add him as a leader on the Lion den page, and I search for him (I copy and paste MID, name, and email from his scoutbook profile), SB legacy says “No record found that satisfies the search criteria.” When I try to add based on the criteria, SB legacy says “Leader: Please select a leader from the list.”
Lion Den Leaders are supposed to be registered as Den Leaders. Change his registration to Den Leader and you should be able to add him to the Lion Den in Scoutbook Plus.
do you mean make him DL in my.scouting position manager?
I can do that, but did something change? I just noticed my current Tiger DL is listed as Lion Guide in my.scouting. wasn’t listed as DL until just now. He was den admin for Lion den in legacy scoutbook for the past year.
I made him DL last night in my.scouting.org around the same time when I accepted a new scout.
New Scout is on my roster this AM (which makes me think the systems synced). I couldn’t add him as a leader through the Den (again search said the system couldn’t find him), but I was able to add him through his profile.
