Per your post requesting we notify when roles in my.scouting.org still show specific den name…. mine still shows Tiger Den Leader.
Unfortunately, I suspect this has also resulted in my not being able to log into advancements.scouting.org, it seems. Per this thread.
I see Den Leader in both Akela and Scoutbook. We have asked the developers to investigate one thing we think looks suspicious with another Tiger Den Leader that is appearing on your position as well.
You are not currently assigned to a den, and it does not appear you were before this change. Ask a Key 3 member to use Edit Den in Scoutbook Plus to assign you to your den. The easiest way to do this is to sort the roster by den (click on den in the heading) then click on Edit next to the den name in the colored bar. This may get you past the error.
Roger that, thanks for quick reply. I’ll do that and report back resolution or not.
I can confirm from pack leader that I’m listed as leader in Scoutbook Plus for that den, as an adult in den on the den page and as a leader on the roster. Regular Scoutbook apparently doesn’t have me listed. Does that give a clue? I can’t post screenshots due to scouter info/privacy.
