I am trying to log into scoutbook, and whenever I try to do that, it says “there is no gmail account associated with this scoutbook profile” and in doing that it takes me back to my.scouting.org, in which I am logged into.
Also my username is my email adress, and my email adress is the same. I cannot login and I cannot change my username.
@CharlesHunter1 are you just trying to use your email to log in or are you clicking sign in with Google?
I get the same thing if I do either
@CharlesHunter1 try again please - and try in a private or incognito window also
Tried again, same thing happened, not able to use incognito right now
Are you clicking the blue button that says “login” or something else?
I made an update to your account. Try again and make sure you click the blue button that says “login”.
