Leader unable to log into scoutbook but can log into my.scouting.org. BSA ID 129763582
What is the error they’re seeing? Are they using the same username/password combo to login to Scoutbook as for my.scouting?
We are not able to find a Scoutbook profile linked to this gmail account.
@Eric.brown04 that user has a username she used last week - not a Google login - the user name is everything before the @ of the email
Yes that error still pops up
If they are not clicking signin with Google, they shouldn’t be getting a message about a gmail account. The username is not an email address.
They have tried multiple variations with no luck.
This adult only has one username. It is the same as her e-mail address in front of the @ symbol.
Ask this leader to please log in again at my.scouting. Then log in again at Scoutbook using the same credentials.
The account looks OK.
