Looking for report with all contacts/leads/applications

I am working to have more streamlined practices and tracking of communications, specifically for recruiting. I like taking notes in the Leads. But I am having a hard time when someone replies and I need to find where they are in the process. Are they a lead, where did the lead come from, have they initiated an application but not finished, is the application approved and they have a scout enrolled? It would be really helpful if I could either download a report of all contact info in the system that is searchable, or simply search in my.scouting for a phone number or email.

You need to feed this request through your Council office. The teams that would produce such a report do not monitor the forums and only accept requests via Councils.

Ok thanks for the recommendation. I was hoping a report was accessible to me that I just couldn’t identify, but I will make the request through my council.
