I am trying to look up the parent for MID 140220984. The father is linked. When I search for the mother, I can’t find her (even using the father’s address). When I go to add the mother, it says there is a duplicate email. Parents have same last name. Let me know how to send the email address privately.
The father had 2 SB accounts. I have merged them.
Thank you. I’m still showing the mother with an email address in use. I can’t find her using the tool, and I don’t want to create a duplicate. I have no way of looking up her BSA ID. Can you help with this?
