Hello, I have a parent (my spouse) with two BSA ID numbers, same email address & contact info for both accounts:
131085620 (primary, I believe)
13365476 (2nd ID/account)
She was at one time, a leader with another troop, but she is no longer (perhaps that’s how the second account was created?). She is now “just a parent”. The primary account shows as parent for both of our boys (connection ID 43024455), while the 2nd account has parent status for just one of our sons (connection ID 67183868).
Could you please help merge the second account into the primary? Thank you!
