Through yesterday, September 15th 2026, I was able to see both of my youth scouts when I logged in. Now it says I have no connections to youth. My BSA ID is 126020350. I’m not aware of any changes that have been made to my account, other than I updated my swimmer test date yesterday. Thanks.

Issue resolved per update channel. Working for me now.

Both are missing. Both were there yesterday.

I also seemed to have lost my parent connection to my scout. I am no longer able to sign on to Scoutbook Plus. My BSA ID is 135839271. Thank you for your help with this issue!

I’ve lost access to my son’s profile today 9/16/2026. I was able to access his profile through my profile as they were linked. Any update on when this will be fixed? He’s close to Eagle and I’ve been helping him track his last few required badges before starting his Eagle project
