Parent lost connection with scout

I have another parent that has lost connection with their scout. As the admin I can see her connection, but when she logs into scoutbook she seen nothing, and she is showing as being in another district. Happy his scout has been in our unit for the past 4 years so I don’t understand why this is happening now.

Are there any suggestions on how to fix this?

@JerroldFrink first issue is the DOB is same as Scout in Scoutbook
