My youth connection to my son now is missing when I log into Scoutbook. I was able to view it last week, so something recently changed. His BSA member ID number is 133499584. My BSA member ID number is 133499585. I need to access his account today, so any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks very much, Kim Dodd
@KimberleDodd everything looks fine on the account. What are are seeing? Can you go to SB+ and the top right menu and change to Parent profile?
I don’t have a parent profile to select nor does he show up as a youth connection on the left menu where it used to be. The only choices that I have on the top right menu are 1) Troop 461 Position Committee Member and 2) Potomac 39 Position Merit Badge Counselor. I used to have a 3rd option that allowed me to select my son/youth connection.
OK can you try an Incognito window in your browser - to just rule that out please

I can’t see any information about my son/youth connection in any part of my profile or settings. Is there any chance of getting this fixed by 11:30 Eastern today? I am trying to print some reports for my son’s scoutmaster conference this afternoon.
There is no timeframe. Your Scout can use their log in to manage their information.
His login does not work either because it is connected to an old middle school email address. I think when he tried fixing it, there was a different number created or something. I’m not sure what exactly happened, but there is an old materdeischool email address that he was unable to update. Can you tell me what the issue is that you identified?

I believe Council registrar can help with changing usernames. If they still know the password for my.scouting.org the login would still work.
He told me that he needs his Eagle application for the conference. This is the Eagle Scout scoutmaster conference.
I believe he tried resetting the password, but no longer had access to the middle school email account. I can try contacting the council registrar. Regarding my account and profile, can you share with me what the issue is that you identified?
I have the same issue. Just yesterday, everything was fine. All three of my kids were in my profile (12935366). Now my oldest (135836231) doesn’t show up in my profile. My wife and I are both listed as parents in his profile. I applied to be a merit badge counselor and it looks like my account was updated with a MBC tab, so that was a change from yesterday. But I can’t see my son.

For what it is worth, I have made no changes to my profile or positions, and I was able to view my son/youth connection and print reports as of September 9 (last Wednesday).
@JasonMott1 is this the first time you have logged in since 9/9/26?
The 9/9 date is me (not JasonMott). Jason said he was able to view his son’s account yesterday.
No. I’ve been active in Scoutbook+ all this week. Just Kimberle.
I understand if there was confusion in the thread.
@KimberleDodd - the scoutmaster and committee chair can also print out the eagle rank application. They might want to do that to put everyone’s mind at ease.
