Parent lost connection to scouts

I have a parent, BSA ID 13562011, who has lost connection to her two scouts. The scout BSA IDs are:

I have verified that the parent shows in Scoutbook as a Parent/Guardian with Full Control, and I have hit the Update button in the parent’s Connection screen. She still has no connection with them when she logs in.

Is there something else I should do, or can someone look behind the curtain and help get this reset?
