Lost Connection with a Cub Scout

I 'am the Committee Chair for the pack and have lost connection with a scout. Last night I had an error message that stated it would be looked at. I still have no connection with the den roster but show a connection going in with my account. Please advise how to correct.

Edward, try:

  1. Go to your Pack Roster page.
  2. Click on your name.
  3. Click on your Pack Admin position.
  4. Click Update.

This should reset your Pack Admin role and connections.
