Lost Tenderfoot entries from scoutbook

My daughter lost all entries under Tenderfoot. Yesterday progress was 88% and todays it shows 0% progress. We have COH on coming weekend. She can get Tenderfoot rank if you fix it in time.

I am the Advancement Chair for this scout. As her mom mentioned, her Tenderfoot progress was close to completion yesterday but, as of today, all of her uploads, notes, and approvals are gone. When I go to run her reports, it also shows none of her progress. She is supposed to participate in an SMC and BOR this Friday. We would appreciate your help with recovering her progress.

Switch her back to 2016 version of Tenderfoot and see if the advancement is there. Leave her on 2016 until there is an announcement in the Change Log forum saying advancement is copied form 2016 to 2022 when the version is switched to 2022.
