Many parents reporting not getting event emails

I have had several parents in our pack let me know that they have not been receiving any of the emails generated by the automated event reminders. They are however receiving emails when I send a message directly using the “Send message” function.

The email domains are mixed I have had some reports using outlook.com, gmail, yahoo, and various others. I have asked them to check spam and whitelist, but no luck. Any thoughts?

Have you confirmed that they are listed as having been invited? New families are not automatically added to events that were previously created.

Yes, I can confirm that they were on the invitation.
