MBC can't manage MID's

User attempted to manage his MID’s, but failed. Please manage his MID’s and tell me next steps to repair this.

@DougWright This user was unable to manage his MIDs, because his date of birth does not match.

He has 2 usernames (logins). They will need to be merged.
